Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services, located in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead 1:1 ABA services with a small caseload and supervise BTs/RBTs. Salary ranges from 85k to 95k with an up-to $6,000 annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position includes Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, office-based work, and support from a Clinical Manager. Requires BCBA certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified by BACB.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with various needs.
- Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through staff meetings with teams and families.
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff coordination.
