Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Worcester, MA to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment adjustments and family collaboration in a 1:1 ABA setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits plan, including insurance options and a 401K with match. A $6,000 annual incentive is available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including administrative help and caseload assistance
