Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (BACB) and able to supervise staff.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Familiarity with Central Reach and CPT codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for your caseload with individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers; partner with families.
• Design and implement ABA programs and FBAs; drive client progress.
• Provide parent education and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
