Job summary

Autism Learning Partners seeks a BCBA to lead clinical care for your caseload—designing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partnering with families to drive meaningful progress.

This hybrid role offers up to 50% telehealth, a balanced caseload, a thorough onboarding program, ongoing clinical support, and strong earning potential, including a bonus program up to $21,600 annually.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required (BACB).
• Willingness to conduct supervision and supervise staff in ABA programs.
• Ability to coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for caseload, designing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers to ensure fidelity.
• Partner with families to drive progress and provide parent education.
• Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs.
