Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers preferred.
• Ability to design individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Develop and adjust ABA programs based on client needs and FBA outcomes.
• Coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote client progress.
