Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB must be held.
• Active LBA certification in North Carolina must be held.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for caseload and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Design individualized treatment plans and supervise implementation with fidelity.
• Partner with families to drive progress and ensure client welfare.
