Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care for a mixed caseload, designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.

The role offers hybrid work with up to 50% telehealth, a typical caseload of 25–30 hours per week per region, and a clear path for clinical growth. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and a potential annual bonus up to $21,600 are included.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland LBA license preferred.
• Background check, TB test and Pre-employment Physical Exam required.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Design individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise clinical care.
• Partner with families to drive progress and ensure fidelity of interventions.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs to meet client needs.
