Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care for a caseload, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers while partnering with families to drive progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and BACB credentials must be current.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and program staff is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth delivery and CPT codes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans with fidelity.
• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for each client caseload.
• Conduct FBAs and monitor progress; provide parent education and guidance.
