Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and maintained with BACB.
• Active LBA license in Massachusetts required.
• Pre-employment background check, TB test, and physical exam are paid for.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Design individualized ABA treatment plans for each client.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans with families active in therapy.
• Coordinate with families and schools to ensure program fidelity.
