Job summary

Autism Learning Partners seeks a BCBA to lead clinical care, supervise staff, and partner with families to drive meaningful progress across caseloads. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and clinical excellence in a hybrid telehealth/in-home setting.

You will design individualized ABA programs, supervise technicians and managers, and apply best practices to improve client outcomes while working within a flexible, supportive organization.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Active North Carolina LBA license required.
• Strong clinical supervision and program development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and Programs.
• Design and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Partner with families to drive client progress.
• Ensure clinical decisions are client-centered and evidence-based.
