Autism Learning Partners in California is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care for a caseload, design individualized treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partner with families to drive real progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current BACB certification.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Ability to design individualized treatment plans and supervise program implementation.
• Strong collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead by supervising Behavior Technicians and guiding program fidelity.
• Develop and oversee FBAs and ABA programs, and educate parents.
• Stay calm and adapt to challenging cases while maintaining clinical standards.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaborative, growth-oriented team dynamics.
