You will supervise and train staff, overseeing safety and care plans to improve adaptive behaviors.

The role requires a current Missouri license and BCBA certification, strong observational abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current professional license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
• Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA).
• Strong observation skills.
• Demonstrate professional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and modify behavior support plans for persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors.
• Train staff in Advanced and Basic Safety Care.
• Observe consumer behaviors to determine progress towards goals.
