Job summary

State of Missouri is seeking a Behavior Analyst to design and implement behavior support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center in Saint Louis, MO. You will supervise and train staff, overseeing safety and care plans to improve adaptive behaviors.

The role requires a current Missouri license and BCBA certification, strong observational abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Job description

This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. You may need to flex hours for oversight of the various shifts on a regularly scheduled basis to meet the needs of the facility.
