Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a PRN BCBA in Missouri to lead behavioral analysis and intervention services. You will train staff, conduct functional assessments, and provide direct behavior treatment across settings, with a focus on Positive Behavior Support and safety.

Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed in Missouri. The role offers a flexible, work-from-home arrangement and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Two years' experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Continued education: 10 hours annually in behavior supports training.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Provides behavior plan assessment, design, training, monitoring and reporting.
• Conducts functional analyses and behavior assessments.
• Delivers direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills and social skills training.
• Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
• Monitors restraint use and trains to reduce it.
• Engages in Behavior Intervention and Human Rights Committees.
