Job description

This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. You may need to flex hours for oversight of the various shifts on a regularly scheduled basis to meet the needs of the facility.

What your'll do:

Design, implement, and modify behavior support plans for persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors. Train staff in Advanced and Basic Safety Care. Observe consumer behaviors to determine progress towards goals.

All you need for success as a Behavior Analyst:

• Possession of a current professional license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
• Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA).
• Strong observation skills.
• Demonstrate professional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
