Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA in Missouri for a part-time, remote role. You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized intervention plans, deliver direct behavioral therapy, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The candidate should hold BCBA certification with an MO license (LBA), have autism experience, strong data-analysis skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• LBA licensure in Missouri (LBA MO) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and HIPAA regulations.
• Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
