Job summary

St. Louis Developmental Disabilities Treatment Centers is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to lead behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans at the St. Charles Habilitation Center in Missouri.

The role involves training staff, implementing plans, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. A current Missouri license and BACB certification are required, along with strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
• Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Strong observation and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and design behavior support plans to improve adaptive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Oversee implementation and train staff on the behavior support plan and safety courses.
• May maintain a caseload of up to 20 consumers, including those in the Crisis Program.
