Job summary
A healthcare services provider in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to model staff training and provide behavioral treatments. This position allows for a flexible work-from-home schedule while engaging with a dedicated team to improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. Candidates should have a doctoral or master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities are provided.
Minimum of two years’ experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Completion of 10 hours of annual continuing education training related to behavior supports.
Responsibilities
Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology.
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide analytic interpretations.
Deliver direct behavioral treatment including skills training.
