Job summary

St. Louis Arc in Maplewood, MO, seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for a full-time role providing clinical leadership and individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities.

You will design behavior support plans, lead training for staff, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes while maintaining a regular Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field with 225 hours in Behavior Analysis coursework
Current Missouri Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst
Two years of experience with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
Experience supervising and implementing behavior plans preferred

Responsibilities

Design and implement behavior support plans to increase adaptive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
Participate in person-centered planning and treatment team meetings
Observe individuals, conduct assessments, and adjust behavior plans as needed
Develop and deliver training for staff, caregivers, families, and RBTs on behavior plans and interventions
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs in compliance with requirements
Ensure data collection and reporting for behavior tracking
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust plans
Conduct in-service training and workshops for staff and caregivers
Provide documentation and reports per agency and state requirements
