Job summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is hiring BCBA professionals for full-time and part-time roles across clinic, school, and home settings in Connecticut. Flexible daytime, afternoon, and evening hours with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

The BCBA will oversee Behavior Technicians, conduct functional assessments, develop ABA programs, ensure treatment fidelity, and train staff and families to support clients across settings.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification and Connecticut licensure.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism using ABA in clinic/school/home.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Behavior Technicians.
• Provide ongoing supervision to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase replacement skills.
• Conduct clinical assessments to guide programming based on ABA.
• Develop and update ABA programs based on data analysis.
• Complete functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans as needed.
• Oversee ABA programming implementation, treatment fidelity and data collection.
• Provide training to staff and families on ABA.
• Complete monthly progress reports and reassessments for insurance authorizations.
• Document client behaviors and skill progress using electronic data collection.
• Participate in trainings for professional development and quality ABA services.
• Collaborate with supervisory staff and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and well-being of clients during treatment.
