Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families in the Hartford area. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

In-person or hybrid opportunities are available with a flexible schedule, PTO, and professional development support to grow your BCBA career.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
