Step It Up ABA is hiring an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy with children and adolescents. You will develop and supervise treatment plans, coordinate with RBTs, and work in a hybrid setting near home.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and ASD.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies based on ABA principles.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
