Job summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is expanding and seeks both full-time and part-time BCBAs. The role covers clinic, school, and home settings with daytime, afternoon, and evening hours.

Compensation offers hourly or salaried options with flexible schedules and potential for advancement. Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, developing ABA programs, conducting assessments, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA Certification and CT licensure.
• Experience supervising BCBA/BCaBA staff and working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Behavior Technicians across clinic, school, and home.
• Provide ongoing supervision to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase replacement skills.
• Conduct functional assessments to guide programming.
• Develop and update ABA programs based on data and assessments.
• Complete progress reports for insurance authorizations.
• Provide training to staff and families on ABA.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure treatment fidelity.
