Behavioral Perspective Inc. seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver therapy to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. You will mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with specialists, and manage a caseload across in-home, clinic, school, and community settings.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA and active BCBA certification, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. In-person work across multiple settings is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (required).
• Active BCBA certification/licenses required.
• One or more years of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Behavior Technicians across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Foster positive relationships with families and communicate progress and interventions.
• Develop and maintain client programs, perform data analysis, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions when needed and ensure BACB-aligned supervision and thorough records.
