Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a trusted leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), committed to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through ethical, person-centered care.

We are seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join a collaborative, mission-driven team, designing and supervising behavior interventions, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality services for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Licensure, credentialing and certification requirements per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
