Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
