Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to lead ABA services, design intervention plans, and supervise graduate and staff teams. The role emphasizes ethical practice, collaboration with families, and community-based service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Licensure/credentialing requirements per state/local regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
