The role emphasizes collaboration, travel to client sites, and ongoing professional development within a supportive PBS framework.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members and collaborate with families.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to meet client and family goals.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
