Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure per state rules.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and mentor team members.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and perform ABA interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
