Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB and a related degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
