Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead behavioral intervention plans, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality ABA services in home, school, or community settings. The role emphasizes ethical practice, family collaboration, and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required or preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and assist with mobility as needed.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
