Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking compassionate BCBAs or BCaBAs to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings. You will supervise staff, design and oversee behavior plans, and ensure ethical, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings focusing on behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
