Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services in home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities include functional behavior assessments, supervising staff, data-driven treatment planning, and collaborating with families while adhering to BACB guidelines. PBS offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and supportive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family members.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
