Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to improve client outcomes. The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decisions, and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create a responsive system applying PBS principles to meet lives improved.
• Develop an organization that attracts competent and enthusiastic professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill development.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
