Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead behavioral intervention plans and supervise assistants. The role emphasizes ethical, client-centered ABA services and collaboration with families across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
