Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and partner with families to improve outcomes for clients with behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
