PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven PBS team. You will design and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise staff and RBTs, and collaborate with families to improve client outcomes.

This full-time role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision-making, and flexible scheduling to support both families and clinicians in Michigan and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members including RBTs and student analysts.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
