Job summary

PBS Corp. in Michigan is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients in home, school, or community settings.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, analyze data to adjust treatment plans, and adhere to BACB ethics while enjoying a supportive, flexible work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification with BACB good standing and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and collaborate with families.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
