Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead client-specific ABA programs and supervise RBTs and staff. You will design, implement, and monitor behavioral interventions across home, school, and community settings, ensuring ethical delivery of services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing supervision, and growth opportunities within PBS’s supportive environment. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required or in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work collaboratively with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in homes, schools, or communities.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
