Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families across home, school, and community settings.

This role emphasizes BACB guidelines, quality of life outcomes, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive PBS culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure client success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
