Job summary

PBS Corp. is looking for a compassionate BCBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services in Michigan. You will design and supervise individualized treatment plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to support meaningful change.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven supervision, and coordination with schools and communities to promote lasting improvements for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and PBS policies.
