Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, guide RBTs and analysts, and ensure ethical, high-quality services for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, and community.
• Analyze data and adjust plans for client progress.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
