Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team and lead comprehensive ABA services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and junior staff, analyze data, and ensure ethical practice in line with BACB standards. Flexible scheduling and strong support are offered to promote work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• State licensure or credentialing requirements may apply locally.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Create a PBS-based system to meet needs of individuals, families and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
