Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission‑driven team delivering ethical, person‑centered ABA services. You will supervise staff, design intervention plans, and ensure quality treatment across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, data-driven program adjustments, and adherence to BACB ethics while supporting work‑life balance with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Roles require licensure, credentialing and certification per local/state requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
