Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will lead data-driven treatment planning, collaborate with families and professionals, and uphold BACB ethics while supporting growth and mentorship opportunities within PBS.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Licensure and certifications per state requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
