Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required for eligibility and licensure considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans; ensure BACB ethical compliance.
