Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Roles require licensure, credentialing, and certification per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members (RBTs, Analysts).
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
