Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to optimize client outcomes in home, school and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing and a related degree.
• Licensure, credentialing and certification per local/state requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Develop PBS systems to meet needs and quality of life changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to PBS team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
