Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team. You will design, supervise, and improve ABA services, mentoring RBTs and analysts while ensuring high-quality client care.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, conduct FBAs, and adapt treatment plans to each unique need, aligning with BACB guidelines and PBS policies. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
