The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven plans, and mentorship, with access to in-house scheduling tools and ongoing CEUs to advance clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required and licensure considerations per state.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to monitor progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
